Who provides the terminals? +

POS terminals are provided through KNET and integrated by Hesabe, so every transaction processes onto our secure digital platform and into your reports.

Can I rent a terminal for a short period? +

Yes — alongside monthly (30 KWD) and annual (360 KWD) subscriptions there's a daily plan at 25 KWD, ideal for events, exhibitions and seasonal stalls.

What happens if a device is damaged or lost? +

Published terms cover it: device replacement at 75 KWD, lost or severely damaged devices at 150 KWD, and repairable damage assessed at 5–200 KWD by a technician.

Do in-store payments show up with my online ones? +

Yes — POS transactions settle into the same Hesabe account, dashboard and reports as your gateway, links and QR payments, with the same real-time tracking.
